This delicate tea produces a bright and clear liquor with subtle sweet aromas and unravelling flavours of melon and honeysuckle. Drink in a quirt and relaxed space to best appreciate its refined nature. Hand-picked and processed during the full moon from ancient (~400-year-old) trees in the high mountains of Yunnan. The first tender buds of these magnificent trees are selected and air-dried during the very beginning of spring each year. Very large downy buds are light jade in colour with a silvery reflection.
