Lights Out is a delicate harmony of of floral, minty, and honey-sweet notes with a smooth medium body, soft aroma, and a gentle lingering finish. A tisane designed to quiet the mind and provide a serene, caffeine-free ritual that is perfect for winding down at the end of the day.

The ingredients in this blend have been used traditionally to help relax the nervous system, ease digestive tension , and support the body’s natural transition into a deep, restful sleep.

Preparation method:
2g per 150ml of water
100C for 3-4 mins
