A naturally grown, roasted Japanese green tea (hojicha) made from first-flush leaves. Lightly roasted to bring out a sweet, toasty aroma and a warm, buttery mouthfeel, with delicate hints of green tea coming through without the bitterness.

Easy-drinking and comforting, this artisan hojicha is both savory and satisfying, making it a beautifully mellow tea to enjoy throughout the day.

Preparation method:
5g per 200ml of water
90^oC for 1-2 mins
